This intimate and peaceful facility has two spacious, bright studios and offers many kinds of classes and lots of tender, loving care for clients. It is furnished with simple, clean dressing rooms and showers. Personal training is available in the well equipped gym and many kinds of massage are also offered. Levels Defined

Make sure to read class level explanations BEFORE attending a new class.

These levels are designed to take you through a learning process encompassing the full scope of the postures and depth of the subject. True progress in this method requires prolonged study at each level.

Introductory Step-by-step instruction to get you started in the Iyengar method. (not a pre-requisite for taking level I classes.)

Level I Required for all students new to Iyengar Yoga. Basis of the method is taught in standing poses, shoulderstand and many fundamental postures.

Level II A deeper study of the basic postures. Head Balance, unsupported backbends and introductory pranayama (breathing practices) are taught.

Level I/II Levels one and two together Suitable for strong beginners as well as students with several years experienc in Iyengar yoga.

General Level Mixed level, minimum six month prior experience in Iyengar yoga required.

Gentle For students needing a slower, less rigorous class.
